Terms of Use

Please respect and read ALL terms BEFORE
requesting graphics from this site. You
will find the phrase you're looking for as
you read through these terms.

"Warning: The unauthorized reproduction
or distribution of this copyrighted
work is illegal. Criminal copyright
infringement, including infringement
without monetary gain, is investigated
by the FBI and is punishable by up to
5 years in federal prison and a fine
of $250,000."

My terms apply whether you've read
all the way through them or not.
None of my graphics are to be used
offline for scrapbook work or for
patterns of any type.

Please do not request for a friend,
instead send them here to request
graphics for themselves so they
too can read and understand my
terms. These graphics may NOT
be used for scrapbooking or without
written permission for other than site
decorations.

None of my graphics are allowed to

be passed around in any groups on

Yahoo or MSN or any other group

on the Internet. These graphics

are to be requested and not shared

in this manner. If any graphic

premades you've purchased are

being passed around in groups

I reserve the right to ask you to

remove the graphics from your

site.

All my graphics are made using my
mouse and my imagination. I don't
use any outlines or coloring books
for these graphics so they are 100%
my own creations.

All my premades adoptions will be
sold once but I reserve the right to
make other similar graphics.
For those sites who have purchased
Premades and closed down I
reserve the right to share sold
adoptions, not resell, for those who
wish to collect every Rosie.

You may use the adoptions to
decorate your site and offer them
for adoptions from your site. Even
when you adopt them from your
own site my terms still apply.

If you have a "membership only"
adoption shop I ask that you
make me a free member to your
shop. If I would like
any of your adoptions I'll request
them like any other member and
respect all your terms.

I will provide a matching logo for
all purchased and requested
adoptions and you must still provide
a link back to 2sweet's Place at:
http://get-me.to/2sweetsplace

You must have the following
scripts installed on all pages
you use my graphics on. If you
don't have these scripts you
can get them here.

*No right click script*
*Disable Image Toolbar script
*Disable drag and drop script*

You may not use these graphics
as sigtags unless they are
purchased as such.
You may not sell any of my adoptions
or premades or claim them as
your own creations.

Do not alter, resize, recolor
copy or make PSP tubes of any
of my graphics. They are all made
exactly as they were meant to be
as my own creations and must stay
just as they are when adopted or
purchased, including file name.

Please note that I have all copyright
and ownership to all of my own
graphics and have the right to have
them removed from any site I
find using my graphics illegally.
It's no excuse to say you didn't
understand the terms when they
are clearly posted on my site. The
secret phrase is *I'll honor your terms*.

All sales are final on a first come
first serve basis with payments to
be made through PayPal. Please
do not pay until I first confirm the
sale and send a request for payment.

Last, your site must be in English
or be available in English
I'm sorry but I'm not fluent in anything
other than English and I'd like to be
able to read your site and make sure
you understand the terms and respect graphic
artists.
